A tale of jealousy, sensuality, and beauty so potent it borders on the forbidden. As the legend goes, Psyche was a mere mortal whose divine-like beauty drew countless admirers—and the envy of Aphrodite herself. Sending her son Eros to avenge her envy, the goddess of beauty unknowingly sets the stage for the love story that birthed Hedone, goddess of pleasure and delight.

An olfactory ode to this myth, Fleur de Peau embodies the Diptyque founders’ fascination with Greek legends and the boundless inspiration they drew from these timeless tales. The fragrance has musk at its heart—the only note sensual enough to do this epic justice. As cottony and light as it is soft and moist, tactile musk finds its full expression in this composition, elevated by iris, ambrette seed, and pink peppercorn.
